1. Admission & Registration Rules

Registration/admission fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
No student will be allowed to sit in class without admission.
Students must submit a passport-size photo and a copy of their Aadhaar card at the time of admission.
Training guidelines will be provided to you.

Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for all students, otherwise the certificate will not be provided.
Punctuality in class is essential. Entry will not be allowed if more than 30 minutes late.
Daily attendance is mandatory.

It is mandatory for all students to get an ID card made.
ID card fee of ₹50 must be paid in advance.
A penalty of ₹500 will be charged for issuing a new ID card if the original is lost.

Mobile phone usage is prohibited during class, it can only be used with the teacher's permission.
Maintaining discipline and etiquette in the institute is every student's responsibility.
Any kind of misbehavior, shouting, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
Use lab equipment and software correctly; students will be responsible for any damage.
Students must bring their own equipment for practicals (Laptop, Multimeter, screwdriver etc.).
For EL students, components used in projects must be purchased by students.
No institute material can be taken outside without permission.
Smoking, tobacco, or intoxicants are strictly prohibited inside the institute premises.
The institute can cancel admission and take appropriate action in case of any indiscipline.

Every student must undertake at least one group project.
The project must be completed within the stipulated time.
During the training period, every student must prepare and submit their Project, PPT Presentation, and Report.
Hard copies of the project report will not be provided by the institute.
All students must make notes regularly.
Actively participate in practical sessions.

Training certificates will only be issued to students who have: 75% or more attendance, completed the project on time, and paid all fees on time.

Any damage to institute equipment, devices, or property during training must be fully compensated by the responsible student.
All rules issued by the institute regarding laptops/equipment must be followed.
All the above rules are prescribed for the bright future and disciplined training of the students. By taking admission in the institute, the student accepts all these rules.
During training, if any dispute, disagreement, or disciplinary issue arises between a student (or their guardian) and Inflection ORG Pvt. Ltd., the decision taken by the company management will be final and binding.
Students and their guardians will not challenge any decision of the institute through any other medium or forum.
All participants explicitly accept these conditions when enrolling in the training program.
